Innovation and Implementation

This curriculum includes analysing a business to identify enablers/opportunities for future success, ideating and innovating, implementing and managing execution rigour for results.

Language Booster Programs

We cover English and four other international languages to strengthen language fluency through learning journeys and personal coaching.

Our Process

To achieve the set objective, we use a four-step proprietary model named ATAC. The model is a process aimed at enhancing human performance in focus areas. The four steps comprise:

Assess: The motivation to change fuels learning. Our skill-gauge toolkits help identify behaviours, which, if changed, lead to significant benefits for the organisation.

Techniques: Change that is fast is the change that lasts. Most people know they must change, but they don’t know to what. Our simple reason-based techniques for behavioural changes enable greater results in life.

Application: Techniques drive actions, and actions drive results. Our engagements are practice-oriented, which enable people to systematically apply the techniques learnt, measure progress and develop competencies.

Competencies: In the journey from unconscious incompetence to unconscious competence, we handhold our clients to establish new habits that lead to desired results that justify investment in competency building
