Fourth Quadrant designed a solution which was based on real time projects selected by the Actuarial, Operations and Client Management Teams. The Leaders were introduced to the toolkit to build the culture of execution. The managers were taken through the required toolkit in phased manner to enable planning, execution and result achievement. The team members who were custodians of the projects got to work on project definition, execution planning, evaluation and corrective actions, stakeholder management and closure of the project.
